Grievance & Appeals Policy
WA Skills Training has a grievance and appeals policy that ensures that trainees and clients have access to a fair and equitable process for dealing with training and assessment grievances. Every effort is made to resolve such grievances. All grievances will be handled with regard to confidentiality, impartiality, protection from victimisation and procedural fairness.
WA Skills Training’s appeals procedure gives our trainees the opportunity to resolve disputes arising from assessment decisions. If a trainee does not agree with the assessment decision made in any unit, they have a right to appeal the decision, by submitting an application in writing.
