Withdrawal/Refund/Course Cancellations

Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided to participants who withdraw from any course with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Withdrawal Policy

Participants may withdraw from an enrolled course by contacting our office driectly via phone or email, giving no less than 48 hours notice. Participants will then be enititled to a full refund of any course fees paid.

If withdrawal occurs with less than 48 hours notice, a refund may not be provided.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that WA Skills Training cancels any course, participants are entitled to a full refund or transfer of funds to a future course.

All refunds will be assessed on an individual basis.
